Email: December 10, 2018 - Mr.Torrance North, I don't feel so good

Well, 6 weeks have come and gone. I'm going to keep this short because I have a lot I have to do.

First of all, this week we found out what the boundary changes will be for the Lawndale Ward and to be honest I was not suspecting this change. The Lawndale Ward is actually getting dissolved. Half will go to the Manhattan Beach ward and the other half will go to Gardena. So starting in the new year Lawndale will be gone.

So, what does that mean for Elder Mora and me? Well, it means our transfers got really interesting. Elder Mora will be staying in Lawndale. Once Lawndale is dissolved, he will go to one of the other wards (they don't know which ward they will be in).

As for me, I am getting transferred to the top of the valley. I will be in the Granada Hills Stake in the Northridge 1st ward. So, I have a lot of packing to do and a long drive to take. It will be interesting how this next transfer will go.

I without a doubt am going miss the Torrance North Zone once I again. I absolutely love this zone/stake. It has treated me well in the 7 1/2 months I have served in this zone throughout my mission. It's also sad to see that a ward I served in will no longer exist. But I am needed elsewhere at this time.

I look forward to what the rest of my mission holds. I'm sure Elder Mora will be an amazing missionary and I am grateful for the opportunity I had to train him.

To the last 6 weeks and a new and bright 6 weeks.
