Email: August 13, 2018 - New transfer, the district and finally some food.

 Man oh man let me tell you this week has been a wild week. The life of a district leader is pretty stressful. A lot of moving parts to keep track of.

The Lawndale ward is an awesome ward. The members here are great. We get fed a bunch, which is great, and the members are pretty involved in the missionary work.  My new companion is Elder Laybourn.

On Thursday I had the opportunity to go on an exchange with Bishop Stelter. He is an awesome bishop. He is on top of everything and he is so kind.

The work in Lawndale is going to be really interesting.

Sorry I wasn’t able to get a picture of my district yet, but my district consists me and Elder Laybourn, Elder Seioel and (white)Elder Terry (the zone leaders) and Sister Rydalch and Sister Hawkins (sisters that just got transferred from the valley)

The apartment we stay in is super hot all the time but when night rolls around it cools down to the perfect temperature.
