Email: July 15, 2019 - "First you go to jail, then you go to hell"

That is a quote from one of the primary kids that we had the opportunity to teach this week at church.
This week was long but fast (just like most weeks). It was very busy as we had transfers and I had to say goodbye to Elder Seipel which was really sad, but all is well.

My new companion is Elder Bastian from upstate New York (kind of). He is a pretty interesting guy, his main hobby back home was armor smithing (legit making knight armor).

We have been working super hard this week and have been really making sure that we try and talk to everyone and it's been a lot of fun we have met a lot of nice people and it's been really encouraging.

This week we also had the chance to help a woman who was in desperate need of some help moving items out of her home. Although she wasn't interested, it was nice to be able to help.

This Sunday we had the farewell for one of the youth in the ward who is going on his mission to Hong Kong and we had a great turn out a church which was amazing. Our friends Betty and Jesenia finally came and it felt great to watch them arrive.

We have been working hard here and having fun, so all is well!

Take it easy and enjoy the moments!
